Copyright In the preface to this website
I have asked people to respect the copyright and the amount
of time that has gone into this project. Maybe we have different views about
what constitutes copyright, as a significant number of people are
systematically copying the contents to local hard drives. Personally, I don’t think that
this is in the spirit of the internet, or in the spirit that this website was
written. Part of my feedback and my
personal satisfaction comes from the statistics for individual page-loads
from this site. That way I can tell
what is “useful” to others and what is not. This resource is one click (or
maybe two) away from you whenever you are connected to the internet. I would appreciate if you would leave it on
